Manage a small book of employee benefits accounts (medical, dental, disability, vision, life, voluntary benefits). Serve as daily client contact, liaise with carriers, design plan options, process renewals and presentations, prepare employee communications and financial reports, support 5500 Schedule A coordination, maintain client data in agency systems, and assist senior account managers on complex tasks.

Sell employee benefits and insurance products: prospect and develop clients, provide guidance and technical support, prepare contracts and quotes, maintain client database, collaborate with team to meet sales targets, and pursue ongoing industry education.

Support Account Managers with pre-renewal processes, policy and agency system updates, loss run retrieval and analysis, certificate issuance, application and form updates, and general client service for commercial insurance accounts. Assist with renewals, maintain documentation, and participate in strategy meetings.

Serve as first point of contact for clients seeking auto insurance advice. Provide accurate, efficient, and courteous guidance, support team goals, maintain client records, and communicate clearly. Operate as a Customer Service Representative until licensing if unlicensed. Use Windows-based systems in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
