Develops placement strategies, manages insurer relationships, reviews policy wordings and coverage gaps, prepares proposals and comparisons, ensures documentation quality, supports claims advocacy, and mentors account management staff. The role serves as the primary technical placement resource for high-value accounts and requires extensive commercial insurance and Executive Risk experience.

Supports Account Managers, Account Executives, and Risk Consultants with commercial insurance account servicing. Duties include processing applications, policy changes, certificates, invoices, renewals, cancellations, client correspondence, electronic filing, data entry, and policy delivery. Maintains accurate account records and suspense systems, prepares insurance documents, follows broker standards, and completes industry training. The role requires administrative experience, a P&C license or ability to obtain one, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliable transportation.
