Support program cost and schedule control using Earned Value Management (EVMS). Maintain cost/schedule baselines, prepare spend plans and EACs, produce financial CDRLs and reports, assist CAMs with WBS/time-phasing, reconcile actuals, manage budget changes, and produce analyses and recovery plans to keep contracts within agreed parameters.

Develop and maintain automated and manual tests for mission‑critical satellite ground software. Design test suites, integrate tests into CI, validate functionality in simulated mission environments, support demos and operations, investigate defects, and collaborate with engineering, mission operations, and DevSecOps teams throughout Agile development.

Lead Stage 1 of a new defence capability in Australia, coordinating Defence, industry, international partners and internal teams. Drive integration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety and support functions, manage commercial and financial performance, governance, risk and delivery, and build stakeholder relationships and a proactive safety culture to ensure successful program execution.
