The Manager of Land Development is responsible for overseeing land development operations, managing contractors and regulatory agencies, preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring project accuracy. This role includes mentoring staff, managing performance, and leading bidding processes for multiple projects.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting leads into customers, generating referrals, and building relationships with customers and realtors to maximize revenue. They conduct sales presentations, assist in paperwork, and keep buyers informed throughout the sales process.

Responsible for field and vendor schedule adherence and all scheduling/rescheduling tasks of the division in support of resource planning activities. Expedite and prioritize resource schedules, maintain schedule templates, provide real-time support for re-schedules, monitor schedules, communicate delays, troubleshoot scheduling systems, manage permits, order and verify plot plans, participate in recordables process, and perform field audits to ensure scheduling process and quality.

Responsible for locating, researching, and contracting new land suitable for acquisition and development. Coordinate land entitlement and planning activities with Development personnel. Review and monitor purchase agreements. Coordinate joint venture agreements. Ensure appropriate staffing and talent development within the department.
