Handle inbound mobile customer retention calls to resolve billing and service issues, present Spectrum products (Mobile, Internet, TV, Voice), process transactions, upsell and retain customers, and meet weekly/monthly performance goals in a metrics-driven call center.

Lead and coach a field-based team of Account Executives to meet/exceed B2B sales targets for telecommunications products. Oversee recruiting, training, territory planning, sales funnel activity, reporting, and customer issue resolution while maintaining product and market knowledge.
