The Senior Clinical Research Associate will manage site monitoring visits, ensure compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines, and support project execution in clinical trials.

Drive enterprise AI adoption by creating playbooks, prompt guidance, certification processes, training, and governance practices. Support use-case discovery, risk assessment, piloting, and prioritization while tracking adoption and business value metrics. Advises external partners through complex transformation initiatives, developing change strategies, adoption roadmaps, governance, communications, training, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, tracks adoption and value metrics, coaches leaders, and ensures projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and strategic objectives. Establishes change management standards and supports delivery across Agile and enterprise environments.

Lead strategy, roadmap, prioritization, lifecycle management, commercialization, and adoption for healthcare media measurement studies, reporting platforms, business intelligence solutions, and data-as-a-service products. Oversee HCP and DTC measurement capabilities, collaborate across technical and commercial teams, ensure privacy and regulatory alignment, engage clients and partners, and mentor two Product Owners.

Leads consultative business development and sales activities with existing and prospective clinical sponsors. Builds executive relationships, identifies cross-sell opportunities, analyzes competition and customer needs, develops account sales plans, coordinates proposals and presentations, drives contract completion, monitors satisfaction, and serves as liaison between customers and internal technical and operational teams. Requires strong pharmaceutical and CRO industry knowledge, executive-level influence, analytical ability, and 40% travel.

Leads business development and sales growth for emerging biopharma services across the West and Midwest. Manages sales staff, customer account plans, pipeline development, proposal activities, strategic market research, senior client relationships, and team training. Partners with senior and functional leadership to identify opportunities and support proposal defenses. Requires extensive CRO or pharmaceutical industry and sales management experience, strong commercialization knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, and 40% travel.
