This role is for a Senior Manager, Product Management in the Card Core Platforms team at Capital One. As a Senior Manager of Product Management for Card Core Platforms, you will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap to enable new customer experiences and capabilities. This includes leveraging the latest innovations and transitioning from mainframe systems to a cloud-based, API/microservice architecture. You will lead customer discovery efforts, prioritize the product roadmap, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will be a transformational leader, rallying teams and stakeholders to your product vision.

Paving the way for expanding Technical Program Management discipline within the team.

As a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management on Capital One's Enterprise Machine Learning team, you will execute high-priority enterprise-level initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, create roadmaps aligning with business priorities, and build scalable, secure ML products and platforms.

Lead programs that deliver critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms. Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team. Strong technical backgrounds with exceptional communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Deep focus on execution and exceptional cross-team collaboration. Required Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in technical program management.
