It is an on-site Bangalore position supporting 24/7 rotating shifts.

Advises clients on cybersecurity strategy and designs scalable security programs across domains including cloud, identity, network, endpoint, offensive security, SOC, and risk management. Partners with sales, delivery teams, technology vendors, and client stakeholders to identify needs, select solutions, coordinate evaluations, develop proposals, and close new, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Provides pricing analysis, reporting, CRM updates, and client communication while helping optimize gross margins. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, arithmetic, relationship-building, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced remote sales-support environment.

Manage and mature Zscaler cloud security services across internal and client environments, including ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA. Responsibilities include implementing web filtering, CASB, firewall, browser isolation, sandboxing, and DLP controls; migrating legacy proxy policies; troubleshooting network and endpoint security issues; conducting audits; integrating infrastructure; supporting incidents; documenting procedures; and training users. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal security teams in a remote, 24x7x365 managed-services environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor designing pragmatic, scalable security programs and solutions, support sales by qualifying opportunities, drive cross-sell, lead technology evaluations, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with delivery teams. Provide thought leadership, represent Optiv externally, and pursue continuous professional development. Up to 40% travel.

Own and execute enterprise security services and technology sales for a small set of strategic Southern California accounts. Build multi-year account plans, lead a cross-functional team, grow a large pipeline, manage forecasts, exceed gross-margin targets, and cultivate executive relationships and partner channels to close complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
