The Sr. Principal Scientist, Antibody Engineering will lead laboratory activities related to antibody engineering including cloning, mutagenesis, library construction, and variant affinity screening. Responsibilities include generating and screening site-directed, CDR randomization and combinatorial antibody libraries for affinity maturation and developability optimization, characterizing antibodies, and contributing to the engineering of advanced modalities such as muti-specific antibodies and antibody conjugates.
