As a Strategic Sales AE at Bolt, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by selling directly to top tier e-commerce decision makers. You will manage 6-18 month sales cycles and close deals in net new accounts. This role requires significant experience selling to named strategic accounts and prior success in analytics, cloud, or SaaS sales. You must have a passion for communicating value to senior stakeholders and be able to negotiate complex deals.

Design and build machine models for risk, fraud, recommendation, and personalization in GenAI applications. Automate ML pipelines, establish frameworks for deployment and monitoring, build guardrails, and mentor team members. Collaborate with Product Managers on algorithmic performance.
