Support Energy underwriting by evaluating risk, rating and quoting GL, Auto, XS and WC accounts. Enter new and renewal data, perform pre-underwriting (loss analysis, MVRs, D&B), prepare quotes/binders/endorsements, service bound accounts, respond to brokers, and coordinate with accounting, operations, TPAs and claims.

Lead global multinational claims analysis and process improvement initiatives. Document system requirements, reconcile claims data, perform root-cause analysis, produce dashboards and reports, support reinsurance system integrations, and mentor operations staff to ensure compliant, efficient multinational claims workflows.

Manage global HR transactions and records in Workday, support onboarding and I-9 completion, coordinate with payroll, generate and analyze reports, assist with system upgrades and audits, and improve HR processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Support centralized Procure-to-Pay operations including supplier evaluation, purchase order creation and processing, contract ingestion into ERP, spend analysis and reporting, supplier relationship management, user helpdesk support, SOP development, training, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
