Educates prospects on Ryder services, collaborates with sales teams to transition accounts and generate opportunities, supports customer onboarding, and completes related administrative tasks.

Coordinates material availability, supplier shipments, inventory control, and transportation arrangements to support manufacturing production. Tracks critical parts, manages containment plans, reviews inventory buffers, maintains MGO data, processes inventory adjustments, and arranges alternative material sources or expedited deliveries. The role requires independent decision-making, supplier communication, problem-solving, organization, and schedule flexibility. It is based in Tonawanda, New York, with an afternoon/evening weekday schedule and occasional weekend overtime.
