Participation in a rotational operations management trainee program overseeing fleet maintenance scheduling, customer relationship management, asset utilization, sales collaboration, and cost control. Trainees coordinate across Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing, drive operational efficiency, and relocate within the business unit after training.
