As a Salesforce Administrator, you will provide support through customization and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Community Cloud, and custom applications. Responsibilities include managing the Salesforce database, providing training and support to users, maintaining database integrity, evaluating new releases, administering to 3rd party applications, troubleshooting issues, and more.

Responsible for planning, customization, transition, and ongoing management of tax-managed client portfolios, with a focus on portfolio optimization and Direct Indexing. Develop strong relationships with internal sales professionals and financial advisors to ensure high levels of service. Collaborate with internal teams, support business development efforts, and coordinate with Marketing. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment or accounting, possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related major, and hold a CFA designation or be making advanced progress towards it.

The SVP, Head of Strategy will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends in the wealth tech industry, creating competitive product comparisons, and identifying industry developments to inform strategic decision-making. They will develop and execute competitive and market intelligence, collaborate with the executive team, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and oversee special projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field, along with 7+ years of experience in strategy, competitive intelligence, or market research in the WealthTech or financial services industries.
