The Senior Controls and Automation Specialist will oversee plant-wide automation systems, troubleshoot control failures, program PLC/DCS systems, and lead capital projects for system upgrades and improvements.

Oversee HR for multiple manufacturing sites: support local HRBPs and site leaders on employee and labor relations, training, leadership development, talent review and succession, recruiting partnership, and compliance with employment laws.

The Financial Analyst supports financial reporting, cost analysis, and operational insights within a manufacturing environment, assisting in month-end close and forecasting processes.

Process and audit customer rebate transactions, maintain rebate and sales databases, prepare monthly buy analyses and accruals, support pricing and rebate program development with Sales & Marketing, and assist in project implementations and contractor loyalty payment processing.

Manage the Master Production Schedule for multiple facilities using JDE and planning tools; optimize short-term production, monitor inventory and performance, coordinate intercompany transfers, analyze production and inventory data, support cross-functional planning calls, lead process improvement projects, and back up other planning roles.

Process and audit customer rebate transactions, maintain rebate and sales databases, prepare buy/rebate analyses and accruals, support pricing and rebate programs, partner with Sales & Marketing, and assist with project implementations.

Provide inside sales and customer support for branch customers and territory reps: process orders, handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with inventory, job-site deliveries, pricing and product questions, and support sales leads and paperwork. Maintain timely communication, attend trainings/meetings, and follow company policies.
