Provides first-contact resolution for Member and Producer inquiries involving current and legacy insurance products in the US and Canada. Handles phone-based processing, complaints, escalations, and cross-department resolutions. Supports and coaches service representatives, conducts monthly quality reviews, and identifies improvement opportunities. Requires strong communication, customer service, mathematical, and relationship-building skills, rotating shift availability, and willingness to complete ongoing LOMA coursework.

Supports the Corporate Actuarial valuation team with quarterly valuation reporting, regulatory filings, earnings and experience analysis, actuarial model implementation and governance, audit support, documentation, controls, and process improvements. The role coordinates with Finance, Risk, Product Actuarial, ALM, and Audit stakeholders; explains technical results to business audiences; and coaches junior actuarial staff. Responsibilities include Canadian valuation, IFRS 17, OSFI reporting, model testing, reconciliations, and assumption or methodology updates.

Administer producer and management compensation across distribution channels, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Process adjustments, garnishments, assignments, court orders, debt recovery arrangements, and system updates. Review error reports, resolve unprocessed activities, and respond to compensation inquiries by phone and email within service-level requirements. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, and flexibility to support extended hours, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Manage and coach a software development team, define engineering practices, drive delivery and architecture decisions, ensure application quality, security and scalability, recruit and evaluate staff, and coordinate cross-functional project execution and maintenance.

Manage multiple concurrent IT and business projects using project management methodologies. Plan, schedule, budget, assess risks, lead teams, manage stakeholders, oversee implementations, and ensure projects deliver on time, scope, and budget while handling change management and post-project reviews.

Design and govern enterprise application architectures aligned with TOGAF and organizational standards. Advise on solution design, integration (SOA/ESB/BPEL), web and mainframe technologies, assess performance and compliance, and provide technical leadership to ensure reusable, secure, and business-aligned application solutions.

Process and authorize disbursements, examine legal and contractual documents, calculate values and tax withholdings, handle rollovers and title changes, set up loan repayments, manage pending files and dividend runs, respond to member inquiries, support team operations and UAT, and perform quality reviews to meet SLAs.

Manage a defined territory to generate sales and new business within the MGA channel. Prospect, build and service distributor relationships, present products, deliver sales training, act as primary escalated support contact, and execute sales plans to meet targets.

Design, code, unit test, and maintain Sitecore-based web components and services. Work across frontend and backend (databases, APIs), debug in test/production, run agile tickets in Jira/Azure/MF ALM, and support deployments and build pipelines.
