Two-year rotational graduate program delivering structured rotations across technical, sales, and operations tracks. Participants complete projects, site visits, customer engagements, and training to build technical, commercial, and leadership skills while supporting engineering, supply chain, field services, and sales activities.

Lead global Thickening product profitability across the lifecycle. Support capital proposal preparation, sales and field support, sizing, testwork interpretation, risk and warranty evaluation, sales materials, training, and product development initiatives to protect margin and advance competitiveness.

Lead and operate payroll for the Americas region: manage vendor relationships, validate payroll calculations, ensure compliance, support standardization and integrations, drive KPIs/SLA performance, collaborate with HR and Finance, and assist audits and process improvements.

Design and develop pump components and assemblies using CATIA; create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and documentation; support new product development, engineering changes, prototyping, testing, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.

Design mechanical mine-shaft equipment from concept through detail drawings, ensure design integrity, deliver engineering packages on-time and on-budget, support standardization, improvements, R&D, site support, and safety.

Act as primary supply contact for strategic customers, lead onsite reviews of KPIs/SLAs, capture customer feedback, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contracts and agreements, drive forecast accuracy and continuous improvement, and present service metrics to customers.

Lead regional capital-project sales for mining: develop business, manage key accounts and EPCM relationships, identify and pursue greenfield/brownfield opportunities, maintain CRM pipeline, prepare complex proposals, negotiate orders, and coordinate sales-to-execution handovers. Requires frequent travel across Western US and North America.
