Perform mechanical engineering drawing checks and design verification for Screens and Centrifuges. Ensure drawings, models, and documentation meet standards (ASME, ISO, AWS), support product development, resolve technical issues, coordinate with manufacturing/procurement/quality, and drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and rework.

Design, develop, and maintain Tacton product models and integrate design automation with SolidWorks. Provide technical support for 3D/2D automation, review drawings and BOMs, ensure specification compliance, coordinate with product teams, and drive CPQ-to-ENOVIA transitions while leading task delegation and productivity within the configuration team.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for castings, forgings, fabricated components, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors. Perform spend analysis, should-cost modeling, supplier evaluation/onboarding, negotiations, supplier segmentation, risk mitigation, and support NPI. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to drive cost savings, value engineering, and supplier performance improvements.

Provide technical support and growth for mining filtration installed base in Argentina: perform health checks, recommend performance improvements, develop aftermarket opportunities, support sales with technical proposals, analyze process data, and travel frequently to customer sites to drive lifecycle and service solutions.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for industrial B2B products. Create value propositions, messaging, sales enablement (value calculators, business cases), content and integrated campaigns, SEO and website optimization. Use CRM, marketing automation, data and AI-driven insights to measure performance, support product launches, promote lifecycle and aftermarket solutions, and enable global sales teams.

Provide L2 platform support across cloud, virtualization, server, database, backup, monitoring, and end-user computing. Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, execute approved changes, support backup/patching/compliance, coordinate with vendors and L3 teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in a 24x5 shift-based environment.

Prepare techno‑commercial proposals and cost estimates for thickeners and clarifiers in mining and water treatment. Interpret RFQs, perform product selection and equipment sizing, liaise with vendors, maintain proposal logs/databases, follow up proposals, and produce order handover documentation while supporting and guiding the engineering/proposal team.

Participants will rotate through various engineering departments, collaborating on projects, assisting in product development, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Lead and execute activities to develop the Performance IQ business line in the NAMER region, focusing on mining operations and process optimization.

Lead process engineering for downstream gold/silver recovery projects: define process requirements, produce and review P&IDs/PFDs, equipment specs, balances, and control philosophies; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical completeness, safety, constructability, and provide site commissioning and client support.
