Lead a new Financial Strategy and Optimization team supporting Insurance and Wealth Management. Build the team and service offering, develop and execute the business plan, optimize capital and performance levers, oversee acquisition and valuation analyses, support financial planning and decision-making, strengthen governance and reporting, and influence senior management while developing talent and demonstrating measurable value.
