The Technical Specialist supports CSA Group’s account acquisition and growth by interfacing with clients, assisting Strategic Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and other personnel with quoting and project development, coordination, and execution. Must interact with clients to learn their needs and generate services in order to fulfill and exceed expectations.

The Certifier II at CSA Group independently manages certification projects ensuring compliance with safety requirements, delivers projects within deadlines, reviews test data, supports clients, and performs testing in accordance with established guidelines. They also participate in continuous improvement projects, research standards, and make recommendations for laboratory safety and capability expansion.

The Product Safety Certifier II at CSA Group is responsible for certifying fuel-burning appliances and equipment to various national and international standards. They manage multiple certification projects, develop test plans, provide technical support, prepare certification reports, and conduct on-site audits. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
