Cultivate, solicit, and steward planned giving donors and advisors; manage omnichannel marketing, donor communications, gift administration, and compliance. Train development staff, partner with legal/financial advisors, track planned giving metrics and maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge.

Lead development and management of Chapters Health websites and affiliates. Maintain content and location pages, drive SEO/SEM and paid search, report on web analytics, manage online reviews and inquiries, collaborate with communications and program leaders, and optimize site performance to increase traffic and brand visibility.

Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and other community partners to drive hospice, palliative, and home health referrals. Manage territory travel and account profiles, execute data-driven sales plans, perform frequent customer-facing outreach (≈90% travel/time), document activity in CRM, meet admission and productivity goals, and provide education and outcomes reporting to referral sources and leadership.
