Responsible for coordinating and executing deployment projects in the field of radio/power/fiber. Develop time plans for construction projects, ensure project completion within budget and schedule, participate in goal implementation, and adjust schedules and budgets as needed. Coordinate project activities, monitor risks, and analyze project effectiveness. Educate employees, communicate with clients and suppliers, and prepare project reports.

Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to field technical teams in the telecommunications industry. Ensures project specifications are communicated effectively and network operations are safe and efficient. Designs optical fiber cable sketches and supports project managers in infrastructure delivery. Manages technical analysis and supervises contractors' progress.

Develop secure and performant features for the GitLab product, collaborate with product and design teams, and advocate for code quality and innovation. Mentor junior engineers, address technical challenges, and contribute to process improvements.

Act as a Scrum Master for a small project, follow agile processes, create team culture, organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies, monitor sprint scope, engage stakeholders, document backlog items, resolve team issues, assist in project activities, create status reports.

Responsible for quality control activities including material check, site visits, and inspections to identify and correct defects in services and product offerings. Develop quality control measures and checklists for critical processes. Analyze data outputs, root causes of defects, and customer complaints to recommend corrective actions. Ensure safety measures align with HSE policy and advocate for continual improvement activities. Coordinate with QA for quality checks and collaborate with other departments to optimize processes.
