The VP Risk & Compliance at Token.io is responsible for managing the Security, Risk & Compliance team, overseeing regulatory operations, compliance, enterprise risk management, and information security. Key responsibilities include implementing payments risk and governance strategy, customer & merchant onboarding processes, regulatory compliance function, enterprise risk registers, and regulatory training programs. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in risk & compliance at a payments business, knowledge of UK and German payments regulations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively on a cross-functional basis.

The Customer Success Manager will be dedicated to a select pool of existing largest global strategic partners, ensuring they achieve their strategic business goals and realize value from Token.io's solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships, driving adoption and volume, and bridging the gap between product teams. The role focuses on increasing transactional volumes and promoting new services.

Lead a team of Customer Success Managers, manage key clients across the UK and Europe, develop strategic account plans, drive customer adoption and revenue, bridge communication with the Product team, ensure customer engagement, and increase revenue and transaction volume.
