Responsible for driving the Quality Management System (QMS), aligning procedures and processes, conducting audits, providing training, and supporting quality improvements within the organization. Collaborate with various departments to maintain accreditation and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Responsible for the material supply chain element of new product introduction, planning and executing new product development and launch, and ensuring inventory working capital impact is minimized. Coordinates with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth transitions and effective material flow. Supports logistics manager and program/engineering teams in organizing shipments and monitoring stock management.
