Responsible for customer quality and engineering issues, project management, test equipment introduction, measurement techniques optimization, design reviews, control plan preparation, supplier development, audit conducting, warranty management, and customer KPI reporting. Preferred experience in Automotive 1st Tier Quality Engineering with exposure to Jaguar and Land Rover, and knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, APQP, PPAP.

Performs product and process audits, maintains quality standards, identifies nonconforming products, and provides guidance to production operators. Must have good analytical and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.

Collaborate with project team to define production quality control standards, lead analysis of quality problems, improve key quality indicators, ensure quality tools and standards, maintain quality documentation, provide quality training, and oversee product and process quality.

Perform general and specific job duties at a manufacturing facility, adhere to safety and quality standards, troubleshoot machines, operate basic robotics, communicate effectively, and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

The Assistant Controller prepares and supports financial reports, manages accounts payable and receivable, performs month-end close activities, supports inventory processes, and assists in audits and budgeting. They ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while offering support for financial operations in a manufacturing environment.

The Dimensional Engineer will analyze data, design and develop products, and ensure customer expectations are met through continuous improvement processes. Responsibilities include maintaining engineering documentation, overseeing dimensional data analysis, resolving build issues, and supporting launch initiatives both onsite at manufacturing locations and in reviews with design teams.
