Partner with local management to implement HR strategy, manage compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent and performance management, drive engagement and cultural transformation, support workforce planning, HR analytics and reporting, and participate in operational alignment with plant leadership.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to manage trade spend, analyze customer and channel performance, build financial models and ROI analyses, evaluate pricing and promotions, and support OOH/B2B profitability and investment decisions.

Manage and develop national key accounts to achieve sales targets through strategic account plans, AOP development, promotion planning and execution, trading term negotiation, forecasting, business reviews, store audits, monthly HQ visits, cross-functional coordination, and monitoring account receivables.

Manage finished-goods demand planning and forecasting within the IBP process for Ukraine. Execute monthly and weekly forecasts, maintain SAP/APO/OMP uploads, track KPIs and bias, analyze drivers and slow-moving stock, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Finance, support inventory optimization, ABC analyses, budgeting, and continuous process improvements.

Analyze sales, distribution and customer data to produce insights and recommendations. Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik). Partner with sales stakeholders to enable targeting, segmentation, incentive processes, and improve sales performance while ensuring data quality and self-service analytics.

Support brand marketing for global and local coffee brands: coordinate with agencies, assist packaging design and product launches, analyze market trends and brand performance using retail/household panel data (Nielsen & GfK), support digital marketing and media, prepare presentations, and manage daily portfolio tasks.

Lead growth for the Leisure (Out Of Home) channel by managing existing accounts and winning new business. Build and maintain a prospect pipeline, set and deliver AOP targets, develop segment propositions, negotiate commercial terms, manage forecasts, pricing, rebates and marketing budgets, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance to deliver GP and long-term growth.
