Manages small business insurance accounts, including policy servicing, renewals, coverage questions, endorsements, certificates, applications, billing, and client documentation. Analyzes exposures, compares markets, obtains and negotiates quotes, prepares proposals, and supports Producers and Account Executives. Maintains strong client relationships, ensures timely and accurate processing, and coordinates with carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and internal teams. Manages complex employee benefits clients, serving as lead relationship manager and overseeing service delivery, strategy development, vendor management, RFPs, procurement, implementations, compliance, reporting, and cost-containment initiatives. Develops customized Health and Welfare strategies, analyzes plan financials and utilization, resolves escalated claims, supports business development, mentors associates, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams and client deliverables.

Supports commercial property and casualty insurance account management by responding to client inquiries, issuing certificates and auto ID cards, maintaining policies and endorsements, coordinating renewals, processing cancellations and endorsements, gathering loss information, preparing proposals, and tracking outstanding tasks. The role also maintains agency systems, supports client and carrier meetings, and ensures accurate, timely documentation and renewal deliverables.

Leads insurance due diligence for buy-side M&A transactions, reviewing policies, claims, loss runs, and exposure data. Identifies coverage gaps and transaction risks, develops post-close insurance strategies, and advises clients on commercial insurance programs, renewals, carrier negotiations, and risk management. Collaborates with producers, underwriters, legal counsel, and transaction advisors while serving as the primary client contact. Requires strong insurance analysis, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
