Supports financial planning and analysis across company product lines, including revenue and expense forecasting, profitability analysis, budgeting, dashboards, and project financial tracking. Responsibilities include configuration, access and workflow administration, finance and procurement process improvement, SAP Concur integration ownership through Celigo, issue triage, documentation, testing, governance, and major-version upgrade coordination. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and integration teams while maintaining change controls and improving internal ERP capabilities.

Leads AcelaBio’s end-to-end finance and accounting function, including accounting operations, monthly and annual close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, systems, controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Partners with executives and the Board on financial strategy, profitability, contracts, and growth initiatives. Builds finance infrastructure during a corporate separation, improves processes, manages systems and integrations, and leads a growing internal or outsourced finance team.

Manage full-cycle, multi-country payroll processing, reconciliations, government remittances, and vendor relationships. Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues, ensure compliance with legislation and audit frameworks, support payroll system configuration and continuous improvement, and mentor junior payroll staff.

Lead month-end close, prepare and review general journal entries and management reporting, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, support payroll and tax filings, improve internal controls and processes, and collaborate across finance and cross-functional teams to support accounting projects and ERP/reporting implementations.
