The Neighborhood Sales Associate position at New Home Co. is an entry-level sales role focused on learning the new home sales and construction industry. The associate will assist Neighborhood Sales Managers in daily sales operations and customer interactions to meet and exceed company sales goals.

Assume ultimate responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales and closing quotas on a monthly basis within specified profit margins. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, conducting model demonstrations, completing paperwork, prospect follow-up, realtor relations, self-prospecting, servicing the sale, and monitoring the loan approval process.

Supervise and coordinate construction activities to meet production schedules and ensure work quality. Manage project infrastructure and site improvements, coordinate field installations, and oversee compliance with safety standards. Prepare reports, communicate with field inspectors, and assist with project handoff processes.
