The Principal Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing the architecture and components of battery systems. They will work with cross-functional teams, define system requirements, and develop unit tests. The engineer will need strong experience in embedded software engineering, ARM controllers, communication interfaces, battery chemistry, and safety requirements. Knowledge of Li-Ion chemistry, ISO26262, Autosar, Python, and signal/data processing is also desired. The engineer should be passionate about agile software development and working with global teams.

Analyzing customer process requirements, developing equipment/system designs, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, preparing proposals, participating in market launch activities, and conducting market research and competitive analysis.

The Senior Embedded Software Developer will contribute to the design, development, and testing of Energy Management Systems (EMS) applications running on the Embedded EMS Server for Grid-scale Energy Storage Applications.
