Applies IFRS or GAAP accounting standards and regulatory requirements, validates capital calls, distributions, and fund records, maintains client-specific knowledge, supports process improvements, and provides technical guidance to accounting preparers.

Oversee fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial statements, management reporting, reconciliations, audits, tax data, risk controls, and operational delivery for complex fund and real estate structures. Lead stakeholder relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and administrators. Manage, coach, and develop accounting teams while driving process improvements, compliance, accuracy, scalability, and timely delivery.

Manage and train fund accountants, allocate daily and monthly work, and independently oversee client relationships. Prepare and review complex financial statements and client reports, maintain books, oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyze investment activity, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on year-end audits and tax returns.
