The Accounting Specialist performs routine accounting activities such as payroll, general ledger posting, accounts payable and receivable functions, and preparation of various accounting reports and financial statements. Responsibilities also include reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, processing payroll, and assisting clients with accounting and software issues. Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Performs day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable, including aging analysis, credit management, collections, and cash posting. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving billing issues, and implementing process improvements. Requires 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Excel.
