Leads end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for BioLife plasma centers in Indonesia, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, inventory planning, fulfillment, invoicing, and supplier performance. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to support new center openings, conversions, distribution strategies, and ongoing operations. Drives cost savings, process improvements, and appropriate material availability while ensuring regulatory and operational alignment.

Leads Takeda’s global supplier risk and resilience service line, owning strategy, governance, risk frameworks, monitoring, business continuity, disruption response, executive reporting, and mitigation programs. The role manages critical supplier resilience standards, coordinates cross-functional risk actions, represents Procurement in risk forums, and leads Supplier Risk and Resilience Managers. It requires extensive supplier or third-party risk, procurement, supply chain resilience, business continuity, or enterprise risk experience in a global organization.

Leads Takeda’s global financial communications strategy and serves as communications advisor to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team. Develops financial narratives, earnings and investor communications, shareholder engagement, executive messaging, media relations, and risk-response strategies. Partners with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and global Communications teams. Oversees financial milestones, disclosures, governance, and global communications capability while leading and developing a distributed communications team.

Provides global HR operations and employee lifecycle support, including hires, job changes, leave, terminations, Tier 2 queries, HR transactions, documentation, and compliance. Uses Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, automation, AI-enabled tools, reporting, and dashboards to improve employee experience and service delivery. Contributes to process design, workflow optimization, knowledge governance, HR transformation, and continuous improvement while partnering with global HR stakeholders.

Own the technical roadmap, backlog, architecture direction, and delivery execution for Takeda’s AI-native large molecule discovery software products. Partner with business, scientific, engineering, data, and ML leaders to translate discovery workflows into scalable technical requirements and releases. Manage Agile delivery, technical risks, integrations, KPIs, external development partners, and architectural alignment across scientific platforms. Apply biology and laboratory workflow expertise to guide AI-enabled product development and technical trade-offs.

Leads the establishment, growth, and operational maturity of Takeda’s Data and Quantitative Sciences organization in Poland. Oversees workforce strategy, recruiting, onboarding, training, talent development, organizational effectiveness, strategic initiatives, change management, governance, and site leadership. Partners with global DQS leaders, HR, talent acquisition, and Poland GCC stakeholders to scale capabilities, improve delivery excellence, manage risks, and align local operations with global R&D priorities across a complex matrix environment.

Own the technical product roadmap, backlog, architecture direction, and delivery cadence for Takeda’s AI-driven Discovery Automation and Robotics product family. Translate scientific and business goals into technical requirements, manage Agile delivery, guide engineering and data teams, oversee integrations with laboratory platforms, make technical trade-offs, manage risks and external partners, and ensure scalable solutions support automated small-molecule discovery workflows.

Executes pharmaceutical market promotion strategies, manages and develops healthcare customer relationships, conducts customer visits, communicates product information, monitors regional markets and competitors, completes reports, and reports adverse drug reactions. Supports regional managers with onboarding and product training while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Executes and analyzes global Total Rewards processes across compensation, equity, benefits, and financial operations. Responsibilities include Workday administration, annual compensation cycles, equity plan support, pension oversight, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, vendor coordination, reporting, audit support, and maintaining governance and control documentation in a global matrixed environment.

Provides strategic international employment law advice across JAPAC and other non-US jurisdictions. Advises on restructurings, workforce reductions, M&A, executive employment, employee relations, investigations, litigation, regulatory developments, policies, and workforce transformation. Partners with HR, Compliance, business leaders, and external counsel to manage legal and reputational risk across a highly regulated global organization, with particular focus on Japan and China.
