Drive commercial growth for MetSorb adsorbents across municipal and industrial water markets in North America. Identify and win new projects, grow channel and distributor relationships, support pricing/contracting, provide technical customer support and training, coordinate with R&D/Operations/Product teams, maintain pipeline/CRM/forecasts, represent company at industry events, and support pilot studies and product commercialization.

Support Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and AP records. Provide limited AR support, assist month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements to maintain accurate financial reporting.

Support and administer enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID in a manufacturing environment. Manage identity and access (SSO, RBAC), maintain labeling systems, optimize the Service Desk platform, troubleshoot integrations (ERP/WMS), respond to incidents, and document processes while working with IT and business teams to improve security and operations.

Design, develop, and validate hardware circuitry and PCBAs for commercial foodservice appliances. Lead VAVE projects, manage product change in Windchill, create schematics and BOMs, perform system-level testing, failure analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure manufacturability and reliability.

Lead specification, implementation, and commissioning of automated manufacturing systems. Develop automation, controls, safety, and machine standards; manage integrators and suppliers; support robotic assembly, vision, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet uptime and OEE targets.

Serve as primary contact for assigned manufacturer representatives and customers; prepare quotations; process and manage sales orders, returns, RMAs, and credits; investigate and resolve issues; track shipments; coordinate with Credit, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT; support process improvements and training.

Lead and oversee accounting operations, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, manage OneStream parent reporting, AR/AP, budgeting, forecasts, capital accounting, SOX/FCPA compliance, audits, process improvements, and coach a small accounting team to support business growth.

Manage and grow national fleet accounts for Webb Wheel by building relationships with class 6-8 commercial fleets, driving fleet pull-through of premium products, executing fleet test programs, supporting channel teams at trade events, and providing quantifiable market feedback to management.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including three-way matching, invoice entry into TREX, backlog clearance, vendor statement reconciliation, SLA/KPI tracking, stakeholder communication, month-end support, and process improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

Responsible for conducting internal quality controls, monitoring inconsistencies, preparing quality analyses, and analyzing customer claims. Requires 3-5 years of experience.
