What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Billing Supervisor who will oversee a team of 3-5 within the billing department and ensure that all billing processes are efficient, accurate, and timely.
This is a hybrid role based out of East Butler, PA. Some travel may be required depending on business needs and will be communicated in advance.

What You Will Do:

• Managing Billing Operations: Overseeing daily billing activities, including invoice preparation, processing, and distribution.
• Supervising Staff: Leading and training billing staff assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Ensuring Accuracy: Reviewing billing data for errors and ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly.
• Handling Discrepancies: Addressing and resolving billing disputes or discrepancies with customers or internal teams.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating billing reports, analyzing trends, and providing insights to management for process improvements.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensuring billing practices comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
• Customer Service: Assisting clients or customers with billing inquiries and providing support to maintain positive relationships.
• Other projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with billing software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of billing regulations and standards.
