The Senior Electrical Program Engineer provides expertise in pre-award engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, managing scopes, schedules and budgets, and facilitating communication across teams.

Mentor project engineers, resolve technical and constructability issues, review engineering drawings, and drive continuous improvement in engineering quality and project execution.

Lead design, programming, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of upper-level automated sortation controls. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, develop modular PLC/HMI code, review electrical designs, coordinate vendors/customers, support site commissioning and system acceptance testing.

Lead execution of large-scale warehouse automation and material handling projects (up to $50M+). Serve as primary customer-facing delivery leader, manage scope/schedule/budget/quality/safety, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee installation/commissioning/go-live, mitigate risks, manage subcontractors and finances, mentor project managers, and travel extensively during implementation phases.

The role involves entering customer and account data, verifying information, correcting discrepancies, and generating reports while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
