We are Lifecycle Performance Services (LPS), a division of FORTNA. LPS provides support to every FORTNA customer by providing customer-specific services for delivered components, transport and sorting solutions. We maintain, modify and optimise systems and provide 24/7 customer support. The organisation is growing rapidly as the market demands our systems and services. Due to this growth, we are looking for professionals who will build our winning organisation with us.

As Account Manager Service, you will support all FORTNA customers by offering customer-specific service programmes for delivered transport and sorting solutions (e.g. at e-commerce companies, parcel services and distribution centres) with a continuous focus on maximising added value. Together with the Services team, you ensure high customer satisfaction resulting in profitable revenue streams.

Core tasks:

We have currently 2 positions open. One position in the Polish Market and 1 position in the UK market. The new Accountmanager Service;

  • Is the central point of contact for the customer and represents interests of the assigned group of customers/assets.

  • Researches, collects, processes and analyses market and competition data within and outside the existing customer base and on this basis advises on the service (price) policy to be pursued.

  • Performs acquisition and liaises with (potential) customers.

  • Gathers and analyses customer needs and performance expectations.

  • Discusses with (potential) customers the Services proposal including any offers for Spare Parts.

  • Contributes to the preparation of sales forecasts and annual sales plans for Services.

  • Ensures the compilation of the commercial proposal (in cooperation with the necessary disciplines within Services).

  • Ensures transfer to the executive Services organisation regarding implementation of the contractual agreements.

What do we require?

  • A completed Bachelors degree technical or commercial education.

  • At least 3 years' experience in a sales role.

  • Affinity with technology.

  • Knowledge of the logistics industry and related market developments.

  • Preferably knowledge of asset management.
