The Head of IT will partner across the business to drive and optimize the development, implementation, and maintenance of Kallyope’s information systems. Responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, implementing a business continuity strategy, defining and executing a cyber security strategy, and managing IT policies and procedures.

Consult with customer partners and internal stakeholders on product value and assist with technical questions. Work with Engineering Team to develop technical skills and learn the code stack. Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues. Maintain SLAs and high customer satisfaction. Learn new technologies and platforms. Represent the voice of the customer internally. Assist with technical tasks and customer partner implementations. Provide exceptional customer service.

This High-Level Technician will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and reliable operation of information systems. They configure and install hardware and implement software solutions. They participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of their organization. The IT System Integrator also actively resolves problems and issues with information systems to limit work disruptions within the company.
