The Suspension Specialist will be the primary technical contact for OEM bike brands, responsible for conducting suspension tests, developing tunes for rear shocks, facilitating customer testing, and benchmarking competitive products. The Suspension Specialist will work directly with OEM bicycle brands to optimize suspension performance. Responsibilities include planning and executing suspension test sessions, developing high-performance tunes for shocks, facilitating customer validation, benchmarking products, and identifying critical focus areas for new developments.

As a Project System Engineer, you will integrate software, hardware, and mechanics into a sub-system, create technical documentation, manage requirements, and serve as the technical interface for stakeholders. You will maintain BOM evolution and support product documentation and testing processes.
