The Territory Account Manager II promotes company products, achieves quotas, manages complex accounts, builds strategic relationships, and executes the commercial process.

Lead and develop a team of Customer Experience Advocates to resolve complex escalations, monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure service, quality, and productivity goals are met. Coach staff, implement process improvements, build cross-functional relationships, and support change adoption across customer support operations.

Lead strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for a fiber infrastructure product portfolio. Define roadmaps, launch products, conduct market and VoC analysis, support pricing/forecasting/profitability, and collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and operations. Serve as product expert for customer engagement, training, and technical collateral while managing inventory planning and portfolio performance.
