What You Will Do
As a Development Engineer, you'll work on engineering projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities involve conducting various analyses, such as competitive assessments, failure modes, and cost evaluations. You'll design components, verify specifications, and implement manufacturing processes, while also offering field support as needed. Managing small projects and suggesting innovative product features will be key aspects of your role. Leveraging your technical expertise, you'll foster collaborative relationships both within your team and across the company. Key responsibilities include:
Engineering Assignments
- Perform routine and non-routine engineering tasks while following defined processes.
Documentation
- Create and analyze technical documents including engineering plans, sketches/drawings, test plans/records, instructions, manuals, and reports.
- Track efforts according to defined corporate policies.
Communication
- Collaborate with engineers and staff.
- Prepare reports, graphs, and summaries to share project progress or results.
- Assist with developing proposals for technical projects.
What You Will Bring
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years (co-op/internship experience counts toward this minimum).

- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
