The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling Optimum Products and services to Enterprise companies. This position will sell to new accounts as well as to existing accounts as assigned.

As a Community Account Manager, responsibilities include achieving monthly sales quotas, coordinating marketing events, maintaining relationships with property staff, and serving as a liaison between property management and internal departments. Qualifications include 5+ years of related experience, ability to travel up to 75%, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite programs, bilingual in Spanish and English, business development experience, self-motivation, computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

The Community Account Manager will manage a portfolio of multi-dwelling unit properties, focusing on market share growth through acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and collaborating with leasing staff to enhance brand visibility and service offerings. Additional responsibilities include conducting property visits, coordinating marketing events, and acting as a liaison between various departments to resolve service issues.
