Supervise a program supporting individuals with disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, Autism, or other complex needs. Responsibilities include providing direct support, professional activities, and supervision to ensure individuals are supported with dignity and respect.

Supervise and manage a case management team for a program serving At-Risk Youth and individuals with intellectual or development deficits. Responsible for supervising cases, managing team performance, assigning caseloads, and administering therapeutic treatment. Conduct home visits, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure compliance with regulations. Full-time position with benefits package and on-demand pay option.

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans, supervise a team of caregivers, provide support to individuals receiving services, facilitate community involvement, and perform administrative duties. High school diploma and one year of related work experience required. Must be 18 years or older with excellent communication and organizational skills.
