Provide cradle-to-grave DoD acquisition and contract property support for the MDA TACS program: draft solicitations, advise PCOs, support negotiations, manage CPAO and contract closeouts, ensure FAR compliance, prepare audit readiness materials, produce executive briefings, and maintain contract databases and reports using ETMS2, PIEE and Microsoft tools.

Lead the analysis, design, revision, and delivery of Operational Contract Support (OCS) training for the Total Force. Manage ADDIE-based curriculum development, CTSSB execution, TD2/TRIMIS training data, and ensure TRADOC compliance while producing authoritative recommendations and meeting tight deliverable cycles.

Manage full lifecycle of Operational Contract Support (OCS) doctrinal publications: research, draft, edit, and publish in compliance with TRADOC Regs 25-30 and 25-36. Review ~100 policy documents annually, compile Change Resolution Matrices under two-day timelines, produce drafts and handbooks, and coordinate submissions to the COR while tracking workload and metrics.

Lead contract execution and acquisition strategy for MDA TACS at Ft Belvoir. Act as primary interface to MDA leadership, oversee subcontractors, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage schedule/cost/risk, recruit and develop staff, and maintain contract documentation and reporting. Requires active TS/SCI clearance.

Provide lifecycle acquisition analysis, direct ASP/ASB secretariat activities, manage acquisition planning and risk, produce and maintain source-selection-sensitive briefings and documentation, coordinate senior-level briefings and external engagements, and track actions to drive program decisions.

Serve as a senior cost/price analyst advising MDA contracting staff and PCOs. Lead formula-driven MS Excel cost models, evaluate proposal reasonableness using forecasting, learning curves, and regression, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, produce written analysis and briefings, mentor junior analysts, and support negotiation teams on-site at Redstone Arsenal.
