Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads the strategic transformation from legacy oncology registry software to a cloud-native, AI-enabled SaaS platform. Oversees product strategy, architecture, microservices, React development, healthcare interoperability, AI/ML integration, security, regulatory compliance, testing, and delivery. Manages programmer analysts, legacy CNET and CAS product updates, technical documentation, change control, second-level support, stakeholder communication, vendor partnerships, and organizational change management.

Serve as a strategic advisor to physician and healthcare practice owners on accounting, tax, financial performance, profitability, compensation, cash flow, and operational strategy. Build executive client relationships, mentor internal teams, support growth and scalable advisory processes, and participate in business development and proposals.

Partner with account executives in enterprise pre-sales by addressing technical requirements, delivering customized demonstrations, building UAT environments, managing proof-of-concept exercises, conducting architecture and security reviews, and scoping solutions for implementation handoff. The role requires collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and professional services while supporting fintech and banking customers with identity, fraud, credit, and compliance solutions.

Pre-sales SAP technical consultant supporting late-stage sales: advise on SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) integrations, design/validate integration workflows, map financial data to SAP structures, demonstrate integration requirements, deliver POCs, and relay product gaps to engineering.

Provide technical customer support for Moov’s SDKs, APIs, and integrations through email, Slack, web forms, and in-app channels. Troubleshoot frontend and API issues, create proof-of-concept implementations, guide customers through best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Writing teams. Analyze recurring issues, improve documentation and internal tooling, and help enhance customer satisfaction and resolution times.

Leads application security, vulnerability management, threat detection, AI-driven security automation, and security engineering. Administers SAST, DAST, SCA, SIEM, EDR, IAM, and cloud security platforms; develops MITRE ATT&CK-mapped detections; investigates Tier 2/3 incidents; builds Python-based automation and AI agent integrations; supports architecture reviews, penetration testing, policy development, threat intelligence, compliance, and security reporting.

Execute and develop revenue enablement programs for sales teams, including onboarding, ongoing skills training, product-release readiness, demo coaching, and sales content. Create curricula, workshops, webinars, assessments, playbooks, and job aids using adult learning principles. Analyze Salesforce and conversation-intelligence data to measure ramp velocity, demo quality, behavior change, quota attainment, and win rates. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement teams while supporting global teams across time zones.
