Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training. Frequent site travel to support troubleshooting and operations.

Partner with the CPO and CTO to run R&D operations: lead operating cadence, OKR alignment, reporting/dashboards, budget governance, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Own and close complex B2B SaaS deals in the US aerospace & defense vertical. Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline, manage full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close, partner with pre-sales and customer success, capture field intelligence to inform product and GTM, and mentor junior AEs.

Design, build, and operate large-scale data platforms and Spark/PySpark pipelines. Enable data integration, modeling, quality, and observability. Build MCP servers and AI-augmented tooling, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional projects to deliver reliable data products.

Lead and grow a team of 6-8 Product Specialist AEs to drive new product adoption and quarterly targets. Hire, onboard, coach, and enable reps; coordinate with Mainline AEs, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional pods (product, marketing, strategy) to optimize GTM, manage pipeline, create account plans, and execute high-value enterprise deals. Embed company culture and scale Specialist support globally.

Lead Support Readiness and Quality Intelligence for Global Customer Support. Build AI-native workflows, design onboarding/upskilling programs, run QA and model validation, translate insights into coaching and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, time-to-proficiency), and align learning and quality to business priorities while managing and developing multi-functional teams.
