Responsible for aligning business application solutions with business goals, focusing on Customer Accounting IT Products. Develops, refines, prioritizes product backlog items, defines requirements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Ensures product vision, transparency into roadmaps, and release plans. Engages with stakeholders, drives product adoption, and optimizes product performance through monitoring and evaluation.

Prepare and file clients' sales and use tax returns, build and maintain client relationships, implement process improvements, train new staff members, and participate in projects to support the business.

Responsible for generating revenue by selling Vertex tax solutions to prospects and existing clients. Develop strategies and account plans to penetrate a defined territory and targeted accounts. Understand customer business and service requirements to develop tailored solutions.
