Your responsibilities include building core know-how for power module manufacturing, defining critical processes, bringing design inputs, supporting the team with best practices, and driving design improvements based on expertise. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing high voltage power modules, knowledge of automotive standards, and fluency in English.
