As a Senior Data Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize ETL processes, ensure data quality, and leverage technologies like Azure ADF and Databricks.

Lead and participate in defining and delivering the strategy and architecture for IT services and products for analytical front-end reporting suite using Power BI and Tableau. Responsible for providing front-end analytical reporting design and BI Reporting Strategy. Collaborate in design reviews, recommend new standards for visualizations, and design the best-fit solutions against requirements. Research the BI industry and vendor releases. Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for other teams and team members. Promote a learning culture and act as a people leader across the organization.
