Join Persona's LATAM go-to-market team to build outbound pipeline, qualify inbound leads, research strategic accounts, and partner with Account Executives to develop opportunities. Test messaging and outreach, collaborate with Marketing/Product/RevOps, and help shape the regional sales playbook while engaging executive stakeholders across fintech, marketplaces, and digital-native companies.

As a Software Engineer on the Edge team, you will own edge networking configuration, manage DNS, and improve observability while shaping the team's engineering practices.

Drive revenue and growth by owning the full sales cycle, acquiring customers, and building relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide commercial legal support including drafting and negotiating vendor, sales, and NDA agreements; maintain form agreements; advise sales and post-sales teams on customer issues; support non-commercial matters and internal policy drafting.

Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for Persona's largest infrastructure, product, and data partnerships. Manage commercial and legal negotiations, vendor performance and tracking, renewal calendar, and third-party spend budgeting. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to align vendor strategy with technical requirements and drive cost optimization and strategic value.

Build, maintain, and evolve high-performance, scalable data stores. Collaborate with platform and application teams to optimize storage solutions, implement best practices for data modeling and observability, automate operations, plan capacity, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency at scale.
