Lead institutional sales strategy across Southeast Asia (ex-Malaysia), drive AUM growth, manage client relationships and RFPs, collaborate with investment and distribution teams, and deliver sales presentations and thought leadership while overseeing account management and sales reporting.

The Sales Manager will drive sales and expand market share through distributor engagement, manage relationships, and achieve sales targets while collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies.

Lead and execute institutional sales strategy across Southeast Asia, grow AUM through mandates and relationships, act as senior client-facing representative, coordinate with investment and support teams, prepare sales materials and manage account issues, and travel up to 50% for client engagement and industry events.

Monitor assigned fixed‑income portfolios for compliance with client guidelines, policies, and regulations. Review trading activity, perform pre‑trade what‑if analysis with portfolio managers, conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, resolve compliance issues with internal stakeholders, and assist in migrating compliance systems to Aladdin.

Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns (individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, foundations). Manage tax compliance for high-net-worth clients, conduct tax research, coordinate engagement workflows, assist with notices/audits, collaborate with advisors, and ensure timely filing and client communication.

Support daily cash management and reconciliations for fixed-income portfolios, coordinate cash movements, investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, liaise with trading, portfolio management and custodians, assist trade settlement, and contribute to process improvements while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Lead a small team to develop strategic audience engagement and communications across social, earned media, thought leadership, events, and digital platforms. Drive messaging, briefs, and campaigns to support sales and FIRST initiatives; manage agencies; integrate AI tools; mentor managers; and explore emerging channels targeting digital-native investors.

Manage and execute digital audience engagement programs for FIRST, including content, campaigns, channel management, vendor relations, compliance submissions, analytics, budgeting, and AI-enabled workflow improvements to drive B2B, B2B2C, and D2C engagement across web, social, and emerging channels.
