Individual contributor role in a remote global Legal Team supporting global alliances, business development, and sales teams in complex customer agreements for cybersecurity SaaS products and services. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, provide legal advice, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for day-to-day transactional work and counseling on general corporate matters such as commercial contracts, governance, various business initiatives, and employment matters.

Responsible for building out the company’s commercial legal function, negotiating and drafting technology-related B2B commercial agreements, managing inbound and outbound contract negotiations, building relationships across the organization, and automating the contract review process.
