Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a client-focused financial services firm: manage complex calendars and communications, prepare executive briefings, maintain CRM records, coordinate meetings and events, manage documents and administrative workflows, support projects, and handle sensitive information with discretion to ensure executives operate efficiently.

Own solution strategy and value-stream alignment for an assigned product portfolio. Define scope, sequencing, investment priorities, and build long-term vision, business cases, and ROI models. Partner across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercialization, and external stakeholders to translate strategy into epics and roadmap direction, support pricing/commercialization/pre-sales, and identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.

Develop cloud-native, enterprise SaaS applications on Microsoft Azure. Implement REST APIs, SPAs, microservices, messaging, databases, CI/CD, and unit tests. Collaborate on architecture, design, testing, release, and operations; produce technical documentation and follow development standards.

Support branch operations and financial performance through accounts receivable oversight, fleet coordination, process analysis (using Qlikview/AS400), personnel file/payroll processing, and customer service. Partner with Fleet and Financial Managers to resolve billing, citations, and process issues to improve profitability.

Support Treasury operations by processing and releasing funds, managing bank accounts and signatories, resolving exceptions, producing treasury reports, administering banking system access, handling unclaimed property reporting, liaising with banks and vendors, and participating in process improvement and treasury projects.

Provide administrative and logistical support to Install Managers across the project lifecycle: schedule installations, coordinate materials and labor, maintain job documentation, process contracts/orders, communicate with customers, vendors, and installers, and ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering excellent customer service.

Support international tax analyses, documentation, and compliance. Prepare U.S. international tax returns (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118) and workpapers in CSC CorpTax. Maintain tax databases and permanent tax files, prepare elections and filings, analyze withholding remittances, support external advisors and auditors, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, identify process improvements, and perform self-review of tax work products.

Support design, development, testing, configuration, and implementation of EDI and API integrations. Develop EDI maps, APIs, test plans, and documentation. Assist with coding, static analysis, releases, user training, vendor management, and compliance activities. Work with logistics/SCM stakeholders to maintain and improve integration solutions.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR partner to regional and practice leaders across the employee lifecycle. Provide employee relations support, performance coaching, talent management, onboarding, HRIS/data analysis, compliance with employment law, compensation guidance, and drive engagement and operational HR excellence for West Coast practices.

Maintain accurate store bookkeeping: reconcile sales, cash/credit receipts, inventory, prepare daily settlement and bank deposits, manage change funds and safe drops, file records, ensure vendor delivery compliance, perform general office duties, and assist with physical store tasks.
